Dr Hans Goede

Hans is widely respected in the chemicals industry and has played a key hands-on role in establishing Henkel and other chemical companies in China. With a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry and with several years managing complex operations, Hans brings to the Mindmeta team significant knowledge about conducting business in China. Over 10 years in advertising, events management, marketing and public relations, Vivian has managed on behalf of international clients the establishment of operations from inception. She is now working on a number of brand awareness programs as well as market research for a new international entrant into the lifestyle sector in China. Sissi Qian

Sissi has over 8 year experience and is partner at Tian Lun & Need. She brings to Mindmeta, local and practical knowledge in Company Law and Contract Law. Warren Hill

Warren has exceptional experience on the ground in China, managed the complete range of projects from transport equipment manufacturing, engineering technology transfer to the full negotiating process prior to contract signing. After 15 years in China, he is thoroughly familiar with Chinese business culture, as well as the compliance and regulatory environment. A science graduate with an MBA, he brings to any job a hard-won knowledege of the realities, a concern for client interests, a 'can do' attitude and, not least, informed and mature judgement.
